A narrow key digital piano has keys that are slightly narrower than those on a traditional piano. This design offers a more comfortable and natural playing experience for people with smaller hands, including many adults, children, and beginners.
A standard piano has an octave width of about 6.5 inches, while the Athena features a 5.5-inch octave. The key length and feel remain the same as on a traditional piano—only the width is reduced—allowing for greater reach, comfort, and control.
The narrow key digital piano is ideal for individuals with smaller hands. This includes beginners, professionals, teachers and anyone who can't reach an octave or a 10th easily on a traditional piano. It allows for easier reach and better hand positioning while playing, making it more accessible for a wider range of users.

It also includes audio in/out jacks, MIDI ports, headphone and USB connections, and an optional stand with triple pedal for a complete piano setup.

When you try an instrument in a store you get to hear how it sounds in a large sometimes noisy store. When the keyboard is shipped to your home, you can try it out in the comfort of your home. You hear it with your acoustics, and you can try it with your speaker system (it has its own speakers but you may have your own). It can be easily returned if you aren't happy with it but we are pretty confident once you have tried narrow keys for a few days, you'll never look back.
